- Drain the bulgur, mix all the ingredients very well, except for the cream cheese.
- Place half of the mixture in a baking dish or casserole, spread the cream cheese, and then add the remaining mixture.
- Drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Bake in a medium oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cut while still in the baking dish and serve. Enjoy your meal!
- Tip: To reduce the hydration time of bulgur for kibbeh, soak it in hot water.
