- Mix the tapioca and sugar, gradually adding the hot milk.
- When it starts to become creamy, let it rest for 10 minutes, as the tapioca will swell a bit.
- After this time, add the grated coconut and coconut milk, stirring well.
- Grease a mold with condensed milk, pour the batter, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups and garnish with toasted coconut.
- Serve chilled.
