  1. Mix one liter of milk with the cup of water and soak the Tapioca Sagú from Terrinha for one hour.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cup of milk, condensed milk, grated coconut, cream, and coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the soaked tapioca, mix well, and reduce the heat, stirring constantly to prevent lumps, until it thickens into a creamy consistency. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour into a serving dish or individual cups and garnish with toasted coconut.
