  1. Mix the liter of milk with water and soak Da Terrinha cassava sago for 1 hour. 
  2. In a saucepan, add milk, condensed milk, grated coconut, cream, and coconut milk. Bring to a boil. 
  3. Add the soaked sago, mix well, and reduce the heat, stirring constantly to prevent lumps until you get a thick cream. 
  4. Let it cool. 
  5. Place in a dish or individual cups and garnish with toasted coconut.

  • 200 ml of Da Terrinha coconut milk; 1

  • 1 cup (tea) of water; 
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk; 
  • 1 can of condensed milk; 
  • 50 g of Da Terrinha grated coconut; 
  • 1 can of cream; 
  • 1 liter of milk; 
  • 100 g of toasted grated coconut (for decoration).
