  1. Bring Da Terrinha green peas to a boil with 3 liters of water and cook for approximately 55 minutes until soft. 
  2. Meanwhile, dice the potatoes and cook with a little water. 
  3. Slice the sausages and sauté in a skillet with garlic, onion, and coriander to taste. 
  4. When the peas are cooked, blend them in a blender. 
  5. Put the blended peas back into the pot along with the cooked potatoes and sausage. Once it boils again, your soup is ready. 
  6. Serve immediately.
