- Bring Terrinha green peas to a boil with 3 liters of water and cook for approximately 55 minutes until they become tender.
- Meanwhile, dice the potatoes and cook them with a little water.
- Slice the sausages and sauté them in a frying pan with garlic, onion, and coriander to taste.
- Once the peas are cooked, blend them in a blender.
- Put the blended peas back into the pot along with the cooked potatoes and sausage. Once it starts boiling again, your soup will be ready.
- Serve immediately.
