- Bring the 4 cups of milk to a boil and add the 500g of cornmeal from Terrinha. Mix well and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, oil, and sugar until you get a light mixture, then add it to the milk and cornmeal mixture.
- Add the wheat flour, mix everything very well, and finally, add the baking powder.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
- Serve.
