  1. Soak the white corn kernels in plenty of water with the sugar for 4 hours. 
  2. Cook in a pressure cooker with 2 liters of water for approximately 20 minutes, or until soft. Transfer to a larger pot if necessary. 
  3. Add the whole milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, and grated coconut. 
  4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. 
  5. Turn off the heat when the corn kernels are creamy. 
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.

  • 1 can of condensed milk; 
  • 250ml of coconut milk; 
  • 50g of moistened and sweetened grated coconut; 
  • 1 liter of whole milk; 
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar; 
  • Ground cinnamon to taste.
