- Soak the white corn kernels in plenty of water with the sugar for 4 hours.
- Cook in a pressure cooker with 2 liters of water for approximately 20 minutes, or until soft. Transfer to a larger pot if necessary.
- Add the whole milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, and grated coconut.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- Turn off the heat when the corn kernels are creamy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
